Shivakumar Ganesan

Shivakumar Ganesan is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Exotel Techcom Private Limited since March 2011, significantly impacting communication services for over 2 billion individuals across Asia. Ganesan is also a board member of Cogno AI, which specializes in conversational AI for the BFSI sector in India, and serves on the board of Ameyo, a leading cloud contact center company in Emerging Asia. Prior experience includes founding Roopit, and holding key roles at Flipkart and Yahoo!, where Ganesan received multiple prestigious awards for exceptional performance. Ganesan holds a B.E (Hons.) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
