Alon Shamir

Alon Shamir is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing at Cognyte since 2019, Alon leads marketing for the company's data analytics business unit and previously headed the product marketing team. Prior to joining Cognyte, Alon worked at Verint from 2012 to 2019 as a Product Marketing Manager, where Alon was the first PMM for a rapidly growing business unit. Alon also held the position of Product Manager at Adkit in 2008 and served as a Market Research Analyst and Technology Analyst from 2004 to 2007. Alon Shamir holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
