Mihai Stefan Cuatu

Mihai Stefan Cuatu is an experienced software development leader with a strong background in frontend development, cyber intelligence, and automotive systems. Currently serving as Group Lead at Cognyte since January 2021, Mihai oversees a team in Romania, focusing on growth, innovation, project delivery, and R&D. Previous roles include Team Lead for cyber intelligence at Verint Cyber Intelligence and Lead Architect at Luxoft, where Mihai contributed significantly to automotive projects, including Autosar and infotainment systems. Additional experience encompasses founding TechTinkers and holding leadership positions in various companies, building teams and developing cross-platform applications. Mihai has expertise in programming languages such as C#, C++, and Java, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies, game development, and embedded systems.
