Thomas Freiling

Thomas Freiling, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis and operational finance across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Cohere Beauty since August 2024, Thomas previously held key roles at Air Methods, including VP Operations Finance and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Thomas's career also includes significant contributions at Molson Coors as a Commercial Finance Manager, leading financial initiatives for enterprise growth projects, and at Arrow Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed managing P&Ls and consolidating large revenue streams. Thomas began the finance journey as an Accountant at Western Union, laying a strong foundation in financial reporting and accounting practices. Thomas holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver and a degree in Accounting from Gonzaga University.
