Jeremy Browder

Jeremy Browder is an experienced leader in employee experience and workplace operations, currently serving as the Director of Employee & Workplace Experience at Coinbase since April 2022. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Head of Employee Experience for Reality Labs at Meta, where the focus was on enhancing the employee lifecycle through onboarding, community connection, development, and knowledge management. Prior to that role, Jeremy worked at Amazon in various capacities, including Senior Program Manager for Learning Products, where responsibilities involved launching new onboarding and machine learning products, and as Senior Learning Manager overseeing scalable learning programs for Amazon Books. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Microsoft and CVS Caremark Corporation, where Jeremy contributed to training and development initiatives across multiple locations.
