Paul Ragnvaldsson has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury since December 2019. Alongside this role, Ragnvaldsson is the Owner/President of SVEA Investment, Inc., focusing on real estate investments and rental properties in Southern California since September 2009. Previous positions include being a REALTOR® at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty (2013 - December 2019) and at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties (2008 - 2010), as well as roles at CalState Realty Services/C2 Financial Corp and the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce - San Diego. Ragnvaldsson’s career also includes experience in automotive sales with Saab Automobile AB and logistical administration with IKEA Group. Ragnvaldsson holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, and Administration and a Diploma in Political Science from Umeå University.
