Sierra Shields

Sierra Shields is an accomplished real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury since June 2022, following an internship as an outreach and social media intern at the Capital District Women's Employment and Resource Center. Previous experience includes serving as a director of social media marketing and sales for Immunity Kitchen, where responsibilities involved managing the Instagram account, Etsy sales, and advertising design. Sierra's background also includes roles as a social media micro-influencer for BlackSheep Marketing, a social media recruiting influencer at Vector Marketing, and various positions in customer service and management at Buffalo Wild Wings, Highlands Country Club, and Toppings Frozen Yogurt. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication at the University at Albany, Sierra has also contributed as a student assistant and orientation leader during university studies.
