Chuck Garrett

Chuck Garrett, CRB, CRS, CLHMS, currently serves as the Managing Broker and General Manager for Coldwell Banker Island Properties since March 2024. Prior to this role, Chuck Garrett was the President of Corcoran Pacific Properties from April 2018 to March 2024, overseeing a diverse range of real estate services across multiple Hawaiian islands. Chuck Garrett has held significant positions including Principal Broker for both Corcoran Pacific Properties and Success Partners Real Estate, as well as Senior Vice President for LIST Sotheby's International Realty Hawaii. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Kahala Associates, RealPage, Inc., Real Property Services, Cathy George & Associates, Inc., and Antonsen Garrett & Associates, Ltd. In addition to an extensive career in real estate, Chuck Garrett served as an Infantry Soldier in the New Jersey Army National Guard and holds educational credentials from Rowan University and Willingboro High School.
