Melissa A. Blaine has over two decades of experience in the real estate and legal fields. Currently serving as a Broker-Realtor at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group since January 2003, Melissa specializes in residential, investment property, land, waterfront, and light commercial sales and leasing. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a paralegal at Kirkpatrick & Startzel, Ford & Associates, P.S., and Garvin, Agee, Carlton & Mashburn, gaining substantial expertise in litigation, insurance defense, business law, real estate law, corporate law, and insurance subrogation. Melissa holds a B.A. in Management and Communications with a focus on Business Management and Marketing from Corban College and an AAS in Paralegal Studies from Rose State College.
