Julian Gall

Julian Gall is an experienced professional in delivery leadership and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Delivery Lead at Coles Group since September 2024. Prior to this, Julian held similar roles at Belong from August 2019 to September 2024, leading teams in significant NBN transformation initiatives, including streamlining customer broadband activation times and enhancing the customer authentication experience. Julian's career at Australia Post spanned over eight years, during which time roles included Iteration Manager and Senior Agile Business Systems Analyst, where notable achievements included the successful trial of mobile point of sales and the release of innovative tracking features. Julian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science, both from RMIT University.
