Patrik Mihailescu

Patrik Mihailescu is an experienced digital engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Digital Engineering at Coles Group since March 2021, previously holding the role of Senior Engineering Manager for Web & Loyalty. Prior to Coles, Patrik worked at Cricket Australia as Senior Manager for Architecture and Delivery, where responsibility included leading software development and delivery for digital and enterprise products. Other notable positions include Delivery Manager at PageUp, Senior Delivery Lead at REA Group, and various roles in software engineering and consulting at SMS Management & Technology, Renewtek, Shozu, Intuwave, and BT. Academically, Patrik holds a PhD in Mobile Computing and a Bachelor of Computing with Honours from Monash University.
