Shyamala Pillai

Shyamala Pillai, Ph.D., holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. At Colgate-Palmolive, Shyamala serves as the Director of Technology in Personal Care R&D, following roles as a Senior Scientific Technical Associate and Team Lead, as well as a Technical Associate, or Scientist. Prior to this, Shyamala worked as a Research Scientist at Colorcon.
