Abhijit Pansare is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Collabera since November 2003. With a strong background in partnering with Fortune 100 companies, Abhijit plays a pivotal role in delivering innovative software solutions and enhancing human experiences. Prior to Collabera, Abhijit held various HR roles, including Human Resource Manager at Quinnox and Human Resource Specialist at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, starting as a Senior Executive at Tata Consultancy Services. Abhijit holds an MBA in Management from the University of Mumbai and a High Performance Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
