Caroline Bruff

Caroline Bruff is an intelligence analyst at Collective Liberty, where she organizes and compiles human trafficking data and provides actionable intelligence insights. Caroline received her Master's in International Affairs from the Bush School of Government and Public Service before beginning a career in intelligence analysis. Prior to joining Collective Liberty, Caroline worked as a criminal intelligence analyst on the Organized Crime Unit at the Texas Department of Public Safety, where she spearheaded the state's first criminal counterintelligence program. After, she worked as a private sector intelligence analyst, helping build an intelligence program and overseeing a team of analysts at a cybersecurity company in Silicon Valley.
