Arif Basha serves as Vice President of Information Security at Collectors and Director of Information Security at Maximus, both positions held since 2022 and 2020 respectively. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and incident response, Arif has also held significant roles including Managing Principal and CISO at IAS Consulting, and Head of Incident Response & Threat Assessment at Neustar, Inc. Other notable positions include Information Security Manager at Children's National Health System and Information Security Officer at the American Psychological Association. Arif's commitment to nonprofit organizations is demonstrated through pro bono consulting as a Project Leader for Compass DC and service on the Board of Directors for the Focus Fusion Society. Educational credentials include an MBA in Corporate Strategy & Finance and an MS in Information Security & Assurance from George Mason University, alongside ongoing studies in Applied Data Science at the University of Michigan.
