Madison Crow Springs

Madison Crow Springs is an experienced educator currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Spanish at the College of Charleston and an Adult ESOL Teacher for the Charleston County School District, both positions commencing in August 2024. Previous roles include Immigrant Youth Transition Specialist for Metro Nashville Public Schools, Assistant Director of the Mayan Language Institute at Tulane University, and Adult Education ESL Instructor at the Nashville International Center for Empowerment. Madison's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx Studies from the Center for Latin American Studies at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies, Spanish, and Linguistics from the College of Charleston. Notable experiences include roles as a bilingual Summer Migrant Recruiter, Spanish Conversation Peer Teacher, and English Language Assistant with NALCAP, complemented by an internship with Student Action with Farmworkers.
