Lynn Myhran

Lynn Myhran is currently a Trustee at the College of Saint Benedict. Prior to this, they were a Senior Vice President at Optum, responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives to help advance the organization's key priorities. Lynn also oversaw the delivery of integrated communications both internally and externally, ensuring the Optum story was told with consistency and clarity. Additionally, Lynn provided oversight for Optum's global real estate portfolio.

Lynn has also held the position of SVP, Human Capital at UnitedHealth Group, and Director, Human Resources at Arthur Andersen & Co. Her career began as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at ITT Consumer Financial Corp.

Lynn's vast experience in human resources and organizational development makes their an excellent Trustee at the College of Saint Benedict.
