Kimberly McCullen

Kimberly McCullen serves as the Associate Director of Workforce Development at the College of the Holy Cross since September 2018, where responsibilities include supporting organizational development focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and developing engagement strategies with employees and community partners. Kimberly has also held roles such as Workforce Development Specialist and Employment & Employee Relations Specialist, managing recruitment processes and ensuring compliance during onboarding. Additionally, Kimberly is a Board Member and Interim Executive Director for Sophia's Fund and has volunteered as a Lead Counselor at Camp Sunshine, facilitating activities for children with serious health conditions. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Assumption University.
