Leona Dotson

Leona Dotson is the Director at COLLEGE SUCCESS FOUNDATION. Prior to their current position, Leona Dotson was the Director, Customer Experiences, Worldwide Customer Engagement Team at Microsoft from March 2020 to January 2022. In this role, Leona lead a team of Immersive Experience specialists that curated, designed, and deployed compelling, immersive, and interactive experiences virtually and across Microsoft's 50+ global customer-facing centers. Leona was responsible for defining the customer experience strategy for Microsoft’s global customer-facing centers. Leona executed an annual planning process to define and appropriately resource all elements of the customer experience with the goal of highlighting Microsoft’s solution areas, mission, and values, in alignment with strategic business priorities. Harnessing the power of storytelling, Leona demonstrated the ‘art of the possible’ through curated customer and partner experiences, technology demonstrations, and architectural elements. Leona also created a virtual approach to facilitate experiential moments during virtual customer engagements. Prior to their role as Director, Customer Experiences, Leona Dotson was the Director, US Marketing & Operations at Microsoft from July 2019 to February 2020.
