Jan Steur

Jan Steur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, engineering, and project management. Currently serving as Program Director at BouwAcademie Amsterdam, Jan also holds roles as Training Manager for Construction Infra & Maintenance and Team Leader for Level 4 Installation and Electrical Engineering at ROC van Amsterdam | Flevoland since November 2016. In parallel, Jan has been the Location Chair for oral exams and an examiner in Physics at the College for Toetsen en Examens since January 2015. Previous roles include content developer at Consortium mbo and lecturer in Physics and Chemistry at S.G. De Triade. Jan's engineering background includes positions at Boon Edam B.V. as both Product Management Engineer and Project Engineer, as well as project leadership in electric systems and service engineering for gas heating systems. Jan holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Management from Nyenrode Business University, alongside a Bachelor of Education in Physics and a Bachelor's in Engineering, Design & Innovation from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
