Tania Alvarez-Kemper

Tania Alvarez-Kemper is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as an Accountant at Collibra since April 2024, Tania also holds the position of Accounting Bookkeeper for YPO DC Baltimore Chapter since April 2019. With a strong background as a Staff Accountant at multiple organizations, including Ariane Systems and System Automation Corporation, Tania has demonstrated expertise in overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing fixed assets, and developing cash flow forecasts. Tania has previously held roles at TCA ARCHITECTS, LLC, Building Families for Children, Rockville Medical & Disc Center, LLC, Holy Cross Hospital, and Wheaton Dental Center Ltd., contributing to enhanced financial reporting and customer service. Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, completed in 2017.
