Brittany Blanz

Brittany Blanz is a seasoned property manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Colliers since September 2024, Brittany previously held several property management roles at Holder Properties, including Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, from May 2018 to September 2024. Additionally, experience includes a position as Receptionist at Electric Guard Dog from June 2016 to October 2017 and as an Administrative Assistant at Ford Investment Properties from April 2013 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing four commercial properties and facilitating landlord-tenant communications. Brittany's education includes completion of coursework at the Real Estate School of SC in 2019.
