Roxanne Stevenson

Roxanne Stevenson is a highly experienced Senior Vice President and Team Leader for the Retail Services Group at Colliers International, with over thirty years of expertise in operations, leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and investment and land sales for retail properties in Northern Nevada. Prior to joining Colliers in 2005, Roxanne co-founded Grubb & Ellis|Nevada Commercial Group in 1995, where valuable contributions included securing the first affiliate office for Grubb & Ellis, leading to the establishment of over 50 affiliate offices nationwide. Roxanne holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and is an alumnus of the University of Nevada, Reno, along with having completed education at Sparks High School.
