With an international perspective on leadership development, Dr. Amalia Jansel is a passionate advocate for the exploration of self. She lived and worked in several countries, which influenced her systemic awareness and shaped her experience of diversity. She has coordinated local teams of experts from European and Asian countries for program implementation in career development and mental health. Her leadership expertise is further enhanced by her previous counseling and academic roles.
