Christian Robitaille

Christian Robitaille is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at UKG since January 2022, Christian leads a global team of 27 engineers focused on the Document Management and People Assist products, generating $170 million in annual recurring revenue. Prior to this role, Christian held significant positions at Ascentis, overseeing the evolution of software development and DevOps practices, and at DXC Technology, delivering architectural designs for key projects. With extensive experience in agile methodologies, team management, and strategic technology influence, Christian also has a strong foundation in architectural guidance from tenure at Kemper Corporation. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cégep Limoilou.
