Maria Koullick

Maria Koullick, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Advisor and VP of Payors and Evidence at Coloplast since February 2019, Maria shapes clinical strategies for the Chronic Care division, elevating patient care for intermitted catheters and ostomy devices while advocating for adequate coding, coverage, and payment through evidence-based initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director positions at Medtronic and St. Jude Medical, among others, with a strong focus on health policy, reimbursement, and clinical affairs.
