Robert Walkowicz

Robert Walkowicz is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Owner of The Group Inc. and a Broker Associate/Partner since 2000, Robert is actively involved in various leadership roles within the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, including the position of 2020 Chair Elect. Robert has been a member of the Council of Residential Specialists since 1996, contributing to the elite top 3% of REALTORS. Notable past roles include being the Colorado chapter president in 2014 and a Ninja for Ninja Nation in 2010. Robert's career began with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where an associate broker role preceded the establishment of a long-standing practice in real estate, specializing in first-time homes, new construction, resale, and investment properties. Robert holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado, earned between 1984 and 1989.
