Legal and Government Affairs

The Legal and Government Affairs team at the Colorado Association of REALTORS® advocates for the interests of its members by monitoring, analyzing, and influencing local, state, and national legislation and regulatory issues. They provide legal guidance, risk management education, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The team also collaborates with policymakers to promote private property rights and advance public policy that benefits the real estate profession and consumer housing needs.
