Rusty Reynolds

Rusty Reynolds is an experienced professional in construction services and traffic control management, currently serving as the Director of Construction Services and Estimating Manager at Colorado Barricade Co. since July 2013. In this role, Rusty collaborates with customers and the team to deliver cost-effective and efficient cost estimates across the company’s portfolio, leveraging past projects and current market trends for competitive bid analysis. Prior to this position, Rusty held various roles at Highway Technologies from April 2000 to July 2013, including V.P. of Operations, Branch Manager, Estimator, and Traffic Control Manager, where supervision of up to 30 employees and liaison work with agencies for special events were key responsibilities. Rusty also designed site-specific Traffic Control Plans to secure work site permits and started the career as a Dispatcher and Traffic Control Driver. Rusty graduated from Deer Trail High School in 1997 with a high school diploma.
