Terry Barnard

Terry Barnard is an experienced professional in the multifamily affordable housing sector, currently serving as the Multifamily Production and Outreach Manager at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority since May 2011. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Lender, Tax Credit Officer, and Section 8 Compliance Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting loans, reviewing tax credit applications, and supervising compliance operations.
