Brian Witte

Brian Witte has extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant and franchise sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs since August 2021, Brian's previous roles include Director of Operations and Manager of Franchise Operations at the same company, as well as Franchise Support Coach. In addition to current responsibilities, Brian is a Board Member for the Northern Colorado Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association & Foundation as of January 2024. Prior positions include Director of Office Operations at Quality First Plumbing & Heating, Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, District Supervisor and General Manager at Carrols Corporation, and General Manager at Jimmy John's.
