Hilary Rummel currently serves as the NEPA Program Manager and NEPA Specialist at Colorado State University since January 2024. Prior to this role, Hilary worked at Tepa Companies from October 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included Environmental Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Cultural Resource Specialist. Hilary's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Archaeologist at AECOM from April 2010 to October 2018, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Iowa State University from October 2008 to June 2010, focusing on research in education and grant writing. Hilary holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology and a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Iowa State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Concordia University, Nebraska.
