Sonia received the Federal Housing Commissioners Special Achievement Award, recognizing Equity Financial as one of the Top 5 lenders in the US of FHA loans to minorities. She also established risk management and business unit guidelines to ensure all State, Federal and local regulatory guidelines were met and has assembled teams of highly-qualified professionals committed to the highest standards of business conduct in relationship to customers, investors, and shareholders.
