Leah Fricke

Leah holds an LLB(Hons)/BA, MBA, FAICD, FGIA, FCIS, TFASFA with 25 years experience in private practice and industry. Having worked as a GM, lawyer and listed company secretary Leah has advised on a range of financial products including insurance (lenders mortgage insurance), mortgage products, funds/asset management and superannuation. She has experience in M&A, strategic planning, legal, risk and governance across Financial Services (Funds, Investment, Insurance/Reinsurance, Superannuation, Banking, Fintech), Health (Primary Health, Health Districts, AMS, Service Accreditation, Training), and Technology (Regtech, Data Analytics, SAAS, Digital Marketing).

She previously served as an Independent director and ARC Chair of One Path Funds Management Limited (a subsidiary of ANZ Banking Group Ltd). She is currently an Independent Director at Forager Funds Management and an Independent Chair, Audit and Risk Management Committee at Western NSW Local Health District.
