Tierney Samoray

Tierney Samoray is an experienced Information Services Specialist currently working at Columbus Metropolitan Library since September 2023, with a prior role as a Customer Service Specialist. Previously, Tierney served as a Makerspace Librarian and Makerspace Specialist at Rochester Hills Public Library from September 2018 to May 2023, coordinating STEAM programs including computer coding and 3D printing classes. Before that, Tierney was a STEAM Facilitator at Tecumseh Public Schools and a Middle School Science Teacher at Charles County Public Schools from September 2015 to May 2017. Tierney holds a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Heidelberg University and completed further education at Wayne State University from August 2021 to May 2023.
