Dr Brian Seggie EdD MEd FCMI FCIPD FInstLM FRSA MCGI IEng possesses extensive experience in education, training, and advocacy, particularly in the context of military and veterans' support. Currently serving as a Communication Ambassador for the Royal British Legion and an Advocate for Combat Stress, Dr Seggie has a strong focus on mental health for veterans. Prior roles include volunteering with RE:ACT Disaster Response and mentoring ex-military personnel through Care After Combat. With a 42-year career in the British Army, progressing from Private to Major as a Marine Engineer and Combat Diver, Dr Seggie also held positions such as Learning & Development Manager at Hampshire Constabulary and Head of Learning & People Development at Ocular Sciences.
