Jennifer Hughes possesses extensive experience in the fields of learning design, translation, and education. Currently serving as AVP of Learning Design & Technology at Combined, a Chubb Company since January 2018, Jennifer has also held roles such as Director of Learning Design & Development and Sr. Bilingual Corporate Trainer, focusing on the training of Spanish and English-speaking Insurance Agents and Managers. Prior experience includes positions as a Translator-Interpreter at Southwest Educational Consulting Associates, Spanish Interpreter for Kathy Hansen Interpreting & Translation Services, and freelance translation services. Jennifer’s background includes teaching English to fifth-grade native Spanish speakers and several roles at Bank of America, showcasing a breadth of skills in management, cash strategies, and bilingual communication. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Dual Language/Literature from Arizona State University.
