Layne Livingston

Layne Livingston is an experienced business manager currently at Walton Communities since June 2020. Previously, Layne founded and directed sales at Enchant A Party from May 2015 to May 2021, overseeing event coordination, sales, and marketing efforts. Layne’s extensive event management experience includes serving as Private Events Director at Polo Golf & Country Club, Event Coordinator at AAHOA, and Legislative Assistant at the Georgia State Senate. Additional roles include administrative positions at Ty J. Young Inc. Wealth Management and Walt Disney World, as well as early experience in customer service and production assistance. Layne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Georgia Southern University.
