Omkar J. is an experienced firmware engineer with a robust background in software development and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Firmware Engineer at COMET Technologies USA, Inc. since May 2020, Omkar previously held the position of Software Development Engineer III at Cisco, where contributions included EDK II based UEFI BIOS design for advanced networking hardware. Additional experience encompasses roles at S&A Systems, YGI International, Sanyo Technology India, and Smart I Electronics Systems, focusing on hardware component selection, firmware development for various applications, and prototype testing.
