Jennifer Baratta

Jennifer Baratta is the NY/NJ Director of Development at Comfort Zone Camp since July 2022. Previously, Baratta held multiple roles at Montclair Kimberley Academy from July 2012 to July 2022, including Director of Annual Giving, where responsibilities included creating and implementing the annual giving program and engaging leadership donors, and Director of Family Giving, which focused on managing the Annual Giving Program for families and recruiting parent volunteer solicitors. Earlier experience includes positions as a Portfolio Management Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors, and First Vice President at Ambac Assurance Corporation, where management of risk for a $40 billion portfolio was a key responsibility. Baratta also served as AVP at Financial Security Assurance, focusing on subprime auto portfolio risk management, and began their career as an Analyst at O'Brien Partners. Baratta earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University at Albany.
