Tess Alps

Tess Alps is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Comic Relief and a Non-Executive Director at Channel 4, Tess has previously held positions such as Council Member at the Advertising Standards Authority and Chair and Founding CEO at Thinkbox. Additionally, Tess has contributed to the Royal Academy of Arts as a Corporate Board Advisory Board Member and was the Inaugural Chair of timeTo, an initiative aimed at combating sexual harassment in the advertising industry. With a strong background in advertising and communications, Tess has also served as a Trustee for Creative & Cultural Skills and held various leadership roles at PHD and WACL, where the Future Leaders' Awards were established under Tess's presidency. Tess holds a BA Hons in English Literature and Language from Durham University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Acting from Mountview Theatre School.
