Pedro Fernandez

Pedro Fernandez is a Partner at Pérez-Llorca, specializing in corporate law since January 2017. In addition to this role, Pedro serves as a professor in various institutions, including Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE and Universidad de Navarra, focusing on master's programs in access to the legal profession. Pedro has also held honorary professor positions at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and taught at ESADE Business & Law School. Previously, Pedro worked at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira as a lawyer in the corporate law department and at Allen & Overy. Pedro holds a master's degree in banking and finance from AFI and a degree in law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
