Nathan Strong

Nathan Strong currently serves as Associate Commissioner at the Commerce Commission since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nathan held the position of General Manager Commercial at Unison Networks Ltd from May 2010 to October 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial activities such as pricing, regulation, and customer care. Nathan also served as General Manager Business Assurance at Unison, managing risk, health and safety, and regulatory affairs. Earlier experience includes managing regulatory affairs at Vector and working as a Senior Associate at CRA International, specializing in economic regulation of utilities. Nathan Strong earned a First Class Honours degree in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington between 1997 and 2000.
