François Massemin

François MASSEMIN currently serves as the Head for South Europe at commercetools, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, François was Vice President for Southern Europe at Oracle Cx from October 2020 to November 2022 and held the title of Vice President of SAP Customer Experience France at SAP from November 2017 to October 2020. François also served as VP for EMEAI at SYSTRAN and as VP Sales & Marketing Southern Europe at Kyriba. Additional experience includes Regional Vice-President at salesforce.com and Senior Sales Director at Adobe Systems, where François managed significant enterprise business. Early career roles include Sales Manager at Microsoft and various positions at LOTUS IBM and Schlumberger. François holds a Mastère in Software Engineering from Télécom Paris and an Ingénieur degree in Physics and Electronics from ENSIETA.
