Philip Dearing

Philip Dearing is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance and management across various sectors, including education, housing, finance, and social care. As the Chair of the Board at Commercial Services Group since August 2018, Philip oversees a leading supplier for education and public sector services, supporting over 16,000 customers globally. Philip previously held positions as Chairman at The Dynamic Boardroom Ltd, Platform Housing Group, Hanley Economic Building Society, and Olympus Care Services, contributing to the governance and strategic direction of these organizations. Philip's early career includes serving as Chief Executive of Market Harborough Building Society, where significant growth and efficiency improvements were achieved. Philip Dearing holds a B.Ed (Hons) in Education and is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers.
