Natacha Laurin

Natacha Laurin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as a Conseillère en relations de travail at the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) since April 2023, Natacha previously held the position of Directrice des ressources humaines at Groupe Mayrand Inc. from May 2021 to February 2023. Prior to this, Natacha was the Partenaire principale ressources humaines at Boralex for four years and the Directrice des ressources humaines at Gaudreau Environnement Inc. for over a decade. Natacha holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, a certificate in human resources, and a university attestation in occupational health and safety, as well as the title of financial planner. Natacha provides advisory support to managers in areas such as recruitment, professional development, labor relations, and occupational health and safety.
