Communications Team

The Communications Team at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) is responsible for managing the internal and external communications of the organization. This includes disseminating key information to the public, liaising with the media, overseeing digital communication channels, and managing Freedom of Information requests. The team ensures transparent and effective communication of the CRU's regulatory actions, initiatives, and public protections in the energy and water sectors.
