Philip Lukens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and community service. Currently serving as a Coach for the Marshall Goldsmith/Police2Peace Leader Stakeholder Centered Coaching® Program, Lukens supports the professional development of newly appointed police chiefs. As a CALEA Site-Based Assessor and a Law Enforcement Advancing Data and Science (LEADS) Scholar with the National Institute of Justice, Lukens contributes to the advancement of evidence-based policing research. Additionally, as a Data Solution Architect at Community Connect Incorporated, Lukens focuses on integrating human policing with AI technology. With a background as the Chief of Police for the City of Alliance and various roles in law enforcement, Lukens brings a wealth of knowledge to the field. Involved in community leadership as Pastor at Carr Community Church and a farmer and entrepreneur at Lukens Farms, Lukens balances professional commitments with personal interests. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and ongoing studies at the University of Northern Colorado and Northwestern University.
