Ayo Atterberry

Ayo Atterberry currently serves as Chief of Staff at Common Cause since September 2024. Previously, Atterberry held multiple leadership roles at the League of Women Voters from July 2021 to September 2024, including Chief of Culture and Chief Strategy Officer, where responsibilities involved overseeing organizational structure and strategic partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Director of Outcomes, Assessment and Learning at Venture Philanthropy Partners, Principal at Atterberry Consulting, Program Coordinator at LTG Associates, Inc., Associate Health Expert at Genesant Technologies, Inc., and Health Coordinator at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Ayo Atterberry holds an Executive Certificate in Organization Development & Change Leadership from Georgetown University, a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
