Susan Lerner

Susan Lerner is an experienced leader in advocacy and legal sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Common Cause New York since December 2007. Previously, Susan held the Executive Director position at the California Clean Money Campaign from February 2004 to December 2007. In addition, Susan has served as Chair of the Committee for Judicial Independence and Co-Chair of Yiddishkayt Los Angeles. Other roles include Executive Director at the California Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League South and Senior Counsel at Haight, Brown & Bonesteel. Susan holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and an A.B. in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
